A native of Savannah, Kim moved to Glennville shortly after graduating high school. She lived in Long County for several years before relocating to Tattnall County. Kim and her husband, Dusty Crow, have four children. She has been very active at AnchorPointe Church since it opened its doors in 2017. In addition, Kim started and led a Girl Scout troop in Glennville for a number of years. The last two years she organized and headed up the Glennville Sweet Onion Parade.
Kim has over 20 years experience in customer service mainly focused in banking. She began her career at First Citizens Bank in 2008 and held numerous positions before being named branch manager. While in this role, Kim became an active member of the Glennville Rotary Club, Glennville Lions Club, Glennville Sweet Onion Festival Committee, and has been involved with many other community events. She is currently the Band Booster Club President at Tattnall County High School, and drives a school bus for Tattnall County as well.
After 15 years in banking, Kim decided to change paths and seek out a more "small town" and customer oriented career. That's when she landed at the Glennville Chamber of Commerce in March of 2024. She is at the Glennville Chamber office (Glennville Welcome Center next to City Hall) most days, and is now the primary contact for the Glennville Sweet Onion Festival as well.

Reared in Glennville, Amy is a 1997 graduate of Tattnall County High School. She, her husband, Matt, and son, Dustin, make their home on the family property in the Gooseneck Community. Amy worked with the Georgia State Patrol SCRT office for almost 10 years, then transferred to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for one year before coming to work for the family heating and air business for eight years. Since December of 2022, she has circled back to her first career as an insurance agent, right back where it all started in 1996 with W. Brian Threlkeld & Associates. She is thrilled to be home with Brian & Jane, and never dreamed of finding a co-worker like Genie!
Amy and her family are members of Mendes Baptist Church. Matt is a deacon and they both help where needed at the church. Matt and Dustin are both volunteer firemen for the county, with Dustin recently being added to the city department as well. They are all very active in our community.
Amy has served as a Director, Secretary and now President at the Glennville Chamber. She loves the Chamber and giving back to our community. She loves the Lord and her family dearly.
Amy is the daughter of Mike Groover and Linda Gale Groover, and granddaughter of the late J.L. & Reditha Atkins and the late Cecil & Ernestine Groover.

Jennifer Ball is the Region Operations Coordinator for Georgia Power’s Southeast Region. In this role, she works closely with corporate and functional partners to maximize the company’s external effectiveness, with an emphasis on representing community sentiment and company priorities surrounding large load and large infrastructure projects. Additionally, Jennifer assists with implementing critical business priorities and initiatives across the region.
Since joining Georgia Power in 2013, Jennifer has held various positions in customer service and region external affairs. Most recently, she served as Customer Engagement Specialist for the Savannah Area, where she provided comprehensive customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders and promoted the company’s energy assistance and efficiency programs. Additionally, Jennifer had a developmental opportunity managing the company’s external engagement in Tattnall County. Before her tenure at Georgia Power, Jennifer spent 17 years in the banking industry.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Leadership Savannah Class of 2023 and the Leadership Southeast Georgia Class of 2024. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Glennville Chamber of Commerce (vice chair), Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision, and Junior Achievement Coastal Georgia Advisory Board. Jennifer volunteers with Citizens of Georgia Power, Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia, United Way of the Coastal Empire, and other local charitable organizations.
While Savannah (Hinesville) is home right now, Jennifer is originally from right here in Tattnall County. Prior to joining Georgia Power in 2013, she spent 17 years in the banking industry here locally.


Hannah Miller moved to Glennville at the age of thirteen when her father was hired as pastor of Watermelon Creek Baptist Church.
After graduating from Glennville Christian Academy in 2008, Hannah relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to earn her college degree in elementary education. She taught at Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville for 5 years before returning to Glennville in 2018 to pursue a career in banking.
In her time with Glennville Bank, Hannah has worked as a teller, a loan processor, and a lender. Building relationships with customers is one of Hannah’s favorite aspects of her job.
In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at Watermelon Creek Baptist Church, where her family has served for more than twenty years. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.


Casey Brannen-Strickland is a life-long resident of Glennville and co-owner of Brannen Family Funeral Services alongside her father, Bobby Brannen. Casey has been employed at the funeral home in various positions since she was 15 years old, and has been a licensed Funeral Director since 2015. Through her many years of service, she has learned the value of hard work, dedication, and compassion for her community.
Casey has also recently embarked on a new journey opening a pet cremation business through the funeral home. Brannen Family Pets offers pet cremation services throughout Tattnall County and surrounding counties "because pets are family too." Casey is also serving a 5-year term on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Funeral Directors Association and is actively involved through the state in all things funeral service related.
She is a 2010 graduate of Tattnall County High School, where she was involved in various clubs, sports and held the title of Miss TCHS 2010. Casey is a two-time Master 4-Her and also a 2012 and 2015 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College with a Master's Cosmetology degree and Associate's of Applied Science in Funeral Services.
Casey is married to Evan Strickland, who is the owner and operator of Strickland's Grave Services, which offers a wide variety of grave and cemetery services to the community and local funeral homes. Evan is a native of nearby Long County, but now calls Glennville home, along with Casey and their two sons, Grady Branch and Lane. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their families and outdoor activities.


Terry Waters, age 76, is retired from a 46-year civil service career, working mainly in the maintenance and supply areas. He is a charter member of the Tattnall County Shrine Club and a member of Philadelphia Masonic Lodge #73 A&FM. He is also retired from the Georgia National Guard as a CW4 after 36 years of service. He is a lifelong resident of Tattnall County.
He has worked beside his wife, Pam Waters, in the many years that she has chaired and co-chaired the Glennville Sweet Onion Festival, since her affiliation with the festival in 1981. As a Glennville Chamber member for several years, Terry is presently serving on the Glennville Sweet Onion Festival Committee, overseeing craft vendor parking for many years as well as chairing the Onion Festival dance for several years.
Terry is a member of the Glennville Lions Club and the Glennville Rotary Club, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
In 2025, Terry and Pam were awarded the Legend, Leader, & Life Well-Lived Award for their community service for many decades.
He is a member of Glennville First Baptist Church. Terry and Pam are the parents of four children: sons Shawn (deceased), Ryan, and Brandon; and a daughter, Dixie Waters, a senior at Tattnall County High School; they also have two granddaughters, Macy Barrow and Liz Waters, and two great-grandchildren, McKinley and Gunner Barrow. Terry, Pam, and Dixie reside in the Mendes community.
